Maternity Notes Explained

Your maternity notes are yours to look after and have on you at all times, particularly later in pregnancy, however it may feel like they are written in a different language, and in a way, they are, as these notes are aimed at the medical team who will be looking after you and baby. You don’t need to be able to understand them completely, but it may be worth having a quick scan to see if you need anything explaining in more detail.
