You’re so close to the halfway mark, only one week to go! If you’re starting to feel a little sluggish then try upping your exercise to help increase your energy levels. A simple walk or swim will really make a difference to not only your energy but your mood and hopefully your sleep too. Baby Baby is starting to put on weight and currently weights similar to two bananas approx. 240g, although they don’t have much fat on them at the moment, this will come over the next few weeks and months.
Amazingly baby’s adult teeth are starting to grow this week, lining up behind their baby teeth which will make an appearance at approx. 6 months old. Mum How are you sleeping mum?
Some expectant mums struggle a little around this time of pregnancy with vivid dreams, indigestion and cramp keeping them up throughout the night, not to mention trips to the loo as baby grows and pushes more on your bladder. Some say it’s nature's way of preparing you for when you have a newborn, but whatever it is, it's hard when it happens to you.
